Terms of Use for Reportr.ai
Service provided by Big Toe PTY LTD NEED ABN/CBN (“we/us/our”)

1. Welcome to Reportr.ai

At Reportr.ai, we believe financial advisors should focus on strategy, not paperwork. Our AI-powered scribe is designed to transform conversations into structured, actionable financial records—saving you time while maintaining compliance.


2. How the Service Works

Reportr.ai provides real-time, AI-enhanced documentation tailored to financial professionals. Your engagement with the Service starts on: (i) the date you begin a trial; or (ii) the date we process your first payment. From this moment, these Terms apply, ensuring a seamless experience for you.


3. Secure and Smart Access

3.1 You will receive: (a) encrypted login credentials; and
(b) expert support from our dedicated AI specialists via reportr.ai/contact.
3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account. 3.3 If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately so we can take action.


4. Purpose-Driven Usage

4.1 You agree to: (a) use the Service ethically and in compliance with financial industry standards; (b) ensure the information you input is accurate and relevant; and (c) let Reportr.ai enhance, but not replace, your professional judgment. 4.2 You must not: (a) allow third parties to misuse your account; (b) use the Service to produce misleading or non-compliant financial documents; or (c) attempt to manipulate or deconstruct the AI’s processes.


5. Service Reliability

We strive for near-perfect uptime and seamless AI-driven documentation. However, if you breach these Terms, we may restrict access without notice. If we suspend the Service for any reason unrelated to a breach, you may qualify for a pro-rata refund.


6. Innovation and Ownership

6.1 Reportr.ai is a proprietary system, and we retain full intellectual property rights over: (a) our AI-driven methodologies; (b) the Reportr.ai interface and workflow design; and (c) enhancements based on anonymized user data. 6.2 You agree not to copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Service beyond your subscription. 6.3 You indemnify us against any unauthorized use of our proprietary technology.


7. Transparent Pricing

7.1 Our pricing is clear and structured for financial professionals. You agree to pay for the Service based on your selected plan. 7.2 If pricing updates occur, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.


8. Your Confidential Data

8.1 We protect your client and business data with industry-leading security protocols. 8.2 Only authorized personnel and AI systems access your information to ensure compliance with Australian privacy laws.


9. Privacy Commitment

9.1 Reportr.ai operates under strict Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) guidelines. 9.2 Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your data securely and transparently.


10. Account Termination

10.1 We may discontinue your access at any time with notice. 10.2 Upon termination, your data is securely deleted within six months, unless legally required to be retained. 10.3 You may cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting support.


11. Disclaimers

11.1 You acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated content requires human oversight and verification; (b) The AI continuously improves but does not replace financial compliance reviews; (c) The Service is provided “as is,” subject to consumer guarantees under Australian law. 11.2 Our liability is limited to: (a) a refund of fees paid in the past 12 months; or (b) re-provision of the Service.


12. Your Responsibility

You indemnify Reportr.ai against any claims arising from: (a) improper use of the Service; or (b) failure to verify AI-generated content before relying on it.


13. When the Unexpected Happens

We are not liable for disruptions due to major unforeseen events (e.g., cyberattacks, regulatory changes, natural disasters).


14. Staying Informed

We will communicate any updates, including pricing or subscription changes, via the email linked to your account.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in NSW courts.
